A quick breakdown of Evaluation Types:

Primary Evaluation
Can only be created/completed by head coaches and can be shared with the player (ex. team ratings)

Feedback
Evaluations submitted by other coaches to help with making decisions when submitting primary evaluations. These evaluations are NOT shared with players. (ex. coach-to-coach collaboration only)

Self Evaluation
Evaluations that a player completes to rate themselves. Their self evaluation goes directly to their head coach for review.
